Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 14 business days. Every order is tracked: you receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Christmas delivery

For delivery before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 1.

Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat $5.95 per order, free on orders of $50 or more (product total after discounts).

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 20 business days after shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us at hohoho@itsxxxmas.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you.
