If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hohoho@itsxxxmas.com with your order number. We will refund you in full, no questions asked.

Returns

We may ask you to return the item. If we do, we will tell you where to send it. Items must be unused (no gift cards or notes attached).

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
